Denmark Moves Towards Pro-Surrogacy Stance

Starting January 1, 2025, Denmark will finally acknowledge both compensated, including those arrangements made outside of the country, and non-compensated surrogacy for its citizens.  For decades, Denmark’s archaic laws often left children without legally recognized parents within the country.
