We have partnered with State Farm to offer Life Insurance coverage for your surrogate mother. They can offer $500,000, $750,000, or $1,000,0000 of coverage for surrogates anywhere in the US (except MA). The policy is a full life insurance contract vs. accidental death underwritten by State Farm. They are able to add intended parents as beneficiaries if the contract calls for it.
State Farm also offers short-term disability that typically has a 30-day elimination period and a $3000 per month benefit for up to a year. the exact cost and language vary per state.
