John Morgan-Reed

Having worked in the finance and insurance industry representing both consumers and corporations for over a decade, John has helped both individuals and businesses plan for the unknown and mitigate risk while ensuring benchmarked goals are being met.

In 2013 John and his wife Cynthia decided they were ready to grow their family.

After trying to conceive naturally for years, they eventually decided that IVF was their best opportunity to achieve their dream.

After many unsuccessful attempts and numerous doctor visits, they welcomed their baby girl in 2015. Two years later, they were overjoyed to successfully expand their family by welcoming a little boy.

The Morgan-Reed’s journey was not without its challenges and disappointments. It was physically challenging, emotionally difficult, and financially draining. But in the end, it was all worth it!

Most surprising about their infertility journey was the lack of available help and guidance throughout the process. These were some of the most important decisions they would ever have to make, and yet there were few resources to prepare and protect them. At times, it was utterly overwhelming. Only their unwavering desire and stubborn hope to fulfill their dream and have a family kept them focused.

Having experienced the IVF journey twice, John was motivated to create Sage International Family Association to help other families achieve their dreams. John’s unique experience with both IVF and finance was well suited to create a company that focused on improving the industry and making it a more “client-friendly process” that everyone could understand and feel good about.
